Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Refund process
Once your items have been received and verified, you will receive a confirmation and we will refund your order to the credit card used for purchase within 10 business days. We reserve the right to cannot issue a refund if the item can no longer be sold or if it arrives broken.
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Lost packages

Damaged packages
